Your petitioners respectfully petitioning, show unto your
Honor that they have agreed upon the original articles of
proposed incorporation, not for profit, as hereto attached; that
they subscribed said proposed charter, in accordance with
law, each of your petitioners signing his own name as next
thereunto appointed, that one of your petitioners has made and
subscribed the oath endorsed on said proposed charter, before an
officer authorized to take acknowledgments of deeds, and said
officer has duly certified, signed and sealed the same, as ful-
ly appears thereon; that it is intended in good faith to car-
ry out the purposes and objects st forth therein, that the
notice of the intent to make application formulated accord-
ing to law has been duly furnished a newspaper for pub-
lication, that in due time, to wit, on the 1st day of July
A.D. 1907 your petitioner will present said proposed charter,
with due proof of publication, to your Honor and your peti-
tioners pray that your Honor may find that the law has
in all respects been complied with, and that your Honor
may approve said Charter, and endorse your approval thereon.
