Articles of Incorporation of the United Land Development Com-
pany
                     - 1 -
The name of the corporation shall be The United Land
Development Company and its principal place of business
shall be Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida.
                     - 2 -
The general nature of the business to be conducted by this
corporation shall be to buy, sell, option, mortgage, lease
rent cultivate, improve, plat, subdivide, auction and deal
in for itself, and for others on commission all kinds
of real or personal property; to borrow or lend money, its
credit or the credit of others; with or without se-
curity; to subscribe for purchase, receive, own, hold, sell
and dispose of stock, shares, bonds, securities or obli-
gations of individuals, or of other corporations where-
ever located; to buy, sell, lease, and use machineery
and appliances, supplies and personal property of what-
soever description; to collect, discount and assign se-
curities or other obligations payable or transferred to it,
either before or after maturity; to buy or own its own shares
on any terms whatsoever, and to have power generally
to do perform have hold acquire and enjoy all other
property powers and things as shall be incident, neces-
sary or expedient for the conducting the necessary opera-
tions of the business, and generally to be vested with and
to have all power granted or which may be hereafter granted
to corporations for profit under the Laws of the State of
Florida.

The amount of the capital stock of this corporation
shall be Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), to be divided
into one hundred (100) shares of the par value of One Hun-
dred Dollars ($100.00) per share.  Stock shall be paid in
cash or property at a valuation to be fixed by the direc-
tors of the company at a meeting called for such pur-
pose on the granting of this charter.

The term for which this corporation shall exist shall 
be ninety-nine years from the date of Letters Patent
bringing it into existence.

The business of this corporation shall be conducted
