corporation, which shall be held on the second Tuesday
in January of each and every year, and shall hold
office until their successors are elected and qualified.
The officers who are to conduct the business of the
corporation until those elected at the first election shall
qualify, are:
J.A. Phifer, President;
H.L. Phifer, Vice-President;
W.O. Morris, Secretary and Treasurer;
Directors, J.A. Phifer, H.L. Phifer, W.B. Phifer and
W.O. Morris.
Article 6.
The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which
said corporation shall, at any time subject itself shall
be Twenty Thousand Dollars.
Article 7.
The names, residences and amount of subscription to
the stock of said corporation by subscribing in-cor-
porators hereto are as follows:
J.A. Phifer, Gainesville, Fla. 20 shares;
H.L. Phifer, Gainesville, Fla. 20 shares;
W.B. Phifer, Gainesville, Fla. 20 shares;
W.O. Morris, Gainesville, Fla. 20 shares;
