corporation for the purpose above stated, in accordance with their said charter
and the Laws of this State.

P A T E N T.
     Notice is hereby given that on the first day of January A D 9
1908 we, the undersigned, will apply to his Excellency, N. B. Broward, Governor
of the State of Florida or his successors in office for Letters Patent on
the charter proposed below.
     This fifteenth day of November A. D. 1907.

       F A R M I N G   C O M P A N Y.
                     LST.
The name of the corporation shall be COLSON FARMING COMPANY, and its principal
place of business shall be Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida.
                     2nd.
     The general nature of business to be transacted by this corporation shall
be to sell  buy, mortgage, lease, rent, cultivate, improve, plat, subdivide
auction and deal in for itself and for others on commission all kinds of real
and personal property; to buy, sell, raise improve, and deal in all kinds of
live stock and all and every kind of farm products; to borrow or lend money
its credit or the credit of others; with or without security; to subscribfor,
purchase, receive, own, hold, sell and dispose of stock, shares, bonds, securities
or obligations of individuals or of other corporations wherever located; to buy
sell, lease, own and use machinery and appliances, supplies and personal property
of whatsoever description, to collect, discount and assign securities or other
obligations payable or transferred to it either before or after maturity; to buy
and own its own shares on any term whatsoever and to have power generally to do
and perform, have, hold, acquire and enjoy all other property powers and things
as shall be incident, necessary or expedient for the conducting the necessary
operations of the business and generally to be vested with and to have all power
granted or which may be hereafter granted to corporations for profit under the
laws of the State of Florida.
                     3rd.
     The amount of capitol stock of this corporation shall be TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($10,000.00) to be divided into one hundred shares of the par value of One
Hundred Dollars per share.  Said Stodck shall be paid in cash or property at a
valuation to be fixed by the directors of the company at a meeting called for such
purpose on the granting of this charter.
