     6-     The business of the company shall be conduc-
ted by a president, a vice-president, a secretary
and treasurer, the office of secretary and treasurer being
held by one person and the following named persons
shall constitute the officers of the company until the
first stockholders meeting, which shall be held the
second Monday in February, 1908, and annually there-
after.
     J.C. Bishop, President.
     J.W. Bishop, Vice-President.
     J.E. Harrison, Secretary and Treasurer.
     7-     The board of directors of the said company shall
consist of three members, and J.C. Bishop, J.W. Bishop
and J.E. Harrison will constitute the first Board of 
Directors, and shall hold office until the first stock-
holders meeting.
     8-      The highest amount of indebtedness or lia-
bility to which the corporation can at any time sub-
ject itself shall be Fifty Thousand Dollars $(50,000.00)
     9-      The name, residence and amount of stock of
subscribers are as follows:
     J.C. Bishop      Seventy Shares,          Alachua, Florida.
     J.W. Bishop      Seventy Shares,          Alachua, Florida.
     J.E. Harrison    Seventy Shares,          Alachua, Florida

                      I, Furman Y. Smith, a Notary 
Public, do hereby certify that J.C. Bishop, J.W. Bishop
and J.E. Harrison, personally known to me to be
the same person whose names are subscribed to the
foregoing instruments appeared before me this day in
person, and acknowledged that they signed and deliv-
ered the said instrument as their free and voluntary
act for the use and purpose therein set forth.
