                    L E T T E R S   P A T E N T.
THE STATE OF FLORIDA ) TO ALL WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME--GREETING:
             WHEREAS, M.H. DePass, M. Venable and Fred Cubberly on the fourteenth day of
July, A. D. 1908, filed in the office of the Secretary of the State a proposed charter of 
a corporation to be known as ARCHER CRATE AND BASKET COMPANY WITH a capital of Ten
Thousand ($10,000.00) dollrs for the purpose of doing any or all of the things herein
set out to the same extent as natural persons could or might do, that is, to conduct and
maintain a general manufacturing business, to buy and sell goods, wares and merchandise of
all kinds and descriptions, to operate a general mercantile business, to buy, sell and
manufacture chemicals and fertilizers at wholesale or retail.  To manufacture crates, car-
riers and baskets, boxes and other similar articles, and to manufacture lumber and operate
mills, factories and plants for the manufacture and sale of lumber and its products.  To
manufacture ice and deal in the same, and to build and operate cold storage rooms and re-
frigeration processes.  To produce electricity, and distribute the same for light,heat and
power and other purposes, and to deal in and supply water for all proper and lawful uses.
To buy, sell, and dispose of mortgages on real estate.  To enter into,mke and perform and carry
out contracts of every kind with any person, firm or corporation.  To have and hold all
the rights, powers and privileges granted to corpration under the laws of Florida.The fore
going shall be constructed,both as to its subject and powers,and it is hereby expressly
provided that the foregoing specific powers shall not be held in any way to limit or
restrict the powers of this corporation,and have published the notion thereof, and have
otherwise complied with the statutes in such case made and provided;
     THEREFORE, THE STATE OF FLORIDA HEREBY INCORPORATES the above named persons
their associates and successors into a body politic and corporate in deed and in law by
and under the said name of -- ARCHER CRATE AND BASKET COMPANY-- and grants unto them full
authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a corporation for the purpose above
stated,in accordance with their said charter and the Laws of this State.
     IN WITNESS WHEREOF, These presents have been attested with the Great Seal,and
signed and countersigned by the Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida,at
Tallahassee,the Capital, this 15th day of August, A.D. 1908.
