Letters Patent
     The State of Florida
To All whom these Presents shall come Greeting:
Whereas Charles W. Chase  Bailey C. Williamson, and E.E.
Voyle on the first day of September A.D. 1908, filed in the of-
fice of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corpora-
tion to be known as Investment Company with a capital
of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) dollars for the pur-
pose of buying, leasing, acquiring, selling, conveying, and dis-
posing of wood materials and other property and appur-
tenances, and right licenses and privileges pertaining thereto;
to borrow money and secure the same, and moneys other
wise owing by mortgages, deeds, bonds, notes or other ob-
ligations therefor; to receive payment for capital stock in
this company in money or in property, labor or services
at a just valuation thereof to be fixed by the stockholders
or board of directors; to make contracts of any kind
whatsoever for the furtherance of the purposes and bu-
sinesses, including agreements or contracts between the
said corporation and individuals or other corporations, in
any of the lines of business of this corporation; to ac-
quire, own, lease, sell, and dispose of all property, real
and personal, and of every nature and description that
may be necessary or proper to the conduct of said business or
businesses; and to do any and all things necessary and
proper in and incident to the business or businesses afore-
said, or any of them; and have published due notice
thereof, and have otherwise complied with the statute in
such case made and provided.
Therefore, the State of Florida hereby incorporates the above
named persons, their associates and successors into a body
politic and corporate in deed and in law by and under
the said name of Investment Company and grants unto them
full authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a
corporation for the purpose above stated, in accordance
with their said Charter and the Laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof These presents have been attested with
the Great Seal and signed and countersigned by the
Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida at
Tallahassee, the Capital, this the 19th day of October,  A.D.
1908.

     Notice of Intention to Apply for Letters Patent
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intend
to apply to the Governor of the State of Florida, at
Tallahassee, Florida for Letters Patent, incorporating
Investment Company under the laws of the State of Florida
