with and under the following proposed charter, the origi-
nal of which is now on file in the office of the Secretary 
of State of the State of Florida.

          Proposed Charter of Investment Company
The undersigned hereby associate themselves together for the
purpose of becoming incorporated and forming a corporation
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida,
with and under the following proposed charter.
                    Article 1.
The name of this corporation shall be Investment Company
and its principal place of business shall be Gainesville
Florida but said company shall have such branches and
other places of business in the State of Florida, other
states, and in foreign countries, as said corporation shall 
desire.
                    Article 2.
The general nature of the business or businesses to be trans-
acted by said corporation shall be buying, leasing, acquiring,
selling, conveying, and disposing of wood, materials,
and other property and appurtenances, and rights, licenses
and privileges pertaining thereto; to borrow money and secure
the same, and moneys otherwise owing by mortgages, deeds
bonds notes or other obligations therefor; to receive payment
for capital stock in this company in money or in property
labor or services, at a just valuation thereof, to be fixed by
the stockholders or board of directors; to make contracts of
any kind whatsoever for the furtherance of its purposes and
businesses, including agreements or other corporations in
any of the lines of business of this corporation; to ac-
quire, own, lease, sell and dispose of all property real
and personal, and of every nature and description that
may be necessary or proper to the conduct of said busi-
ness or businesses; and to do any and all things
necessary and proper in and incident to the business
or businesses aforesaid or any of them.
                    Article 3.
The amount of Capital stock of this corporation shall
be One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) di-
vided into one thousand (1000) shares of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00) each.  All or any of said capital stock
of said corporation may be payable in or issued or used
for the purchase of property, labor or services at a just
valuation thereof to be fixed by the incorporators or by
the board of directors at a meeting to be called for that
purpose.
                    Article 4.
