The term for which said corporation shall exist shall be 99
years.
Article 5.
The officers of said corporation shall be a president, a vice
president, a secretary and a treasurer, to be elected by the board
of directors, and a board of not less than three directors to be
elected by the stockholders. The same person may hold the
office of secretary and treasurer. The officers of said corpo-
ration who will conduct the business of the corporation
until those who shall be elected at the first election shall be
qualified are:
Charles W. Chase, President
Bailey F. Williamson, Vice-President
E.E. Voyle, Secretary and Treasurer and
Charles W. Chase, Bailey F. Williamson and E.E. Voyle, as
Directors.
Such officers and directors shall be elected annually on
the first Tuesday in February in each year.
Article 6
The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which said
corporation can at any one time subject itself is Five Hun-
dred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00)
Article 7
Said corporation shall adopt a corporate seal and may
adopt by-laws for the government of its affairs not in-
consistent with its articles of incorporation or the laws
of the State of Florida and said by-laws may be amended
or repeales and others adopted from time to time as
may be provided in said by-laws.
Article 8
The names and residences of the incorporators of said cor-
poration and its subscribers for stock thereof, with the num-
ber of shares of its stock subscribed for by each are as follows
Charles W. Chase, Gainesville Fla; 690 shares
Bailey F. Williamson, Gainesville, Fla; 300 shares
E.E. Voyle, Gainesville Fla; 10 shares;

County of Alachua } Before me personally appeared C.W.
Chase, Bailey F. Williamson, and E.E. Voyle, to me well known
as the persons who executed the foregoing articles of in-
corporation of the Investment Company, and who each
duly acknowledged that he executed the same for the pur-
poses therein expressed.
