carry on a training school for nurses and grant diplomas
of efficiency to nurses after the completion of a prescribed
course of study to be fixed and established by the board of di-
rectors at a meeting to be called for that purpose.  To Hold
buy, own, hire, control, work, develop, sell, convey, lease, mort-
gage, exchange or otherwise deal in and dispose of real estate
and real property, or any right, interest or estate therein, with-
out limit of the amount thereof.  To operate, borrow money
and secure the same by mortgage, deeds, bonds, notes or
other obligations.  To receive payment for stock in money, prop-
erty, services or labor at a valuation thereof to be fixed by the
board of directors, and to have and exercise all such powers as
may be necessary or convenient to the business of said corpora-
tion under the laws of the State of Florida, and have published
due notice thereof and have othrwise complied with the statute
in such case made and provided;  Therefore, the State of Florida
hereby incorporates the above named persons, there associates and
successors into a body politic and corporate in deed and in
law by, and under the said name of National Odd Fellows Sanitar-
ium association and grants unto them full authority to exercise the
powers and privileges of a corporation for the purpose above stated
in accordance with their said charter and the Laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof, These presents have been attested with the
Great Seal, and signed and countersigned by the Governor and
Secretary of State of the State of Florida, at Tallahassee, the Capital,
this the 18th day of November, A.D.  1908.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply to
the Honorable Napoleon B. Broward, Governor of the State of
Florida on the 14th day of November  A.D.  1908, for letters patent
incorporating the under-signed and their associates under the
name of National Odd Fellows Sanitarium Association under
the following proposed articles of incorporation.

     Proposed Charter of National Odd Fellows Sanitarium
Association.  The undersigned incorporators hereby associate
themselves together for the purpose of forming a Corporation
under the laws of the State of Florida, and adopt the
