following articles of incorporation:
                    -1-
The name of this corporation shall be National Odd Fellows
Sanitarium Association, and its business shall be conucted in
the State of Florida and other states of the United States of America
wherever necessary or convenient.  The principal office of
this corporation shall be in the city of Gainesville, Alachua
County, and State of Florida.
                    -2-
The general nature of the business to be transacted by the cor-
poration shall be to carry on, operate and conduct a general san-
itarium, to furnish board, lodging, medicine, medicinal supplies
medical attention, or any other matter or thing generally car-
ried by or pertaining to a general sanitarium establishment. 
To establish physiological, chemical and bacteriological lab-
oratories for medicinal investigation and research.  To conduct
and carry on a training school for nurses and grant di-
plomas of efficiency to nurses after the completion of a
prescribed course of study to be fixed and established by
the board of directors at a meeting to be called for that
purpose.  To Hold, buy, own, hire, control, work, develop,
sell, convey, lease, mortgage, exchange or otherwise deal in
and dispose of real estate and real property, or any right
interest or estate therein, without limit of the amount there-
of.  To operate, borrow money and secure the same by mort-
gages, deeds, bonds, notes or other obligations.  To receive
payment for stock in money, property, services or labor at a
valuation thereof to be fixed by the board of directors, and
to have and exercise all such powers as may be necessary
or convenient to the business of said corporation under the
laws of the State of Florida.

The amount of the capital stock of this corporation shall
be Ten Thousand Dollars, to be divided into one thou-
sand shares of the par value of Ten Dollars each.  All or
any part of the capital stock of said corporation may be pay-
able in or issued or used for cash for the purchase of
property, labor or services at a just valuation thereof, to
be fixed by the board of directors at a meeting to be
called for that purpose.

The Term for which said corporation shall exist shall
be ninety-nine years.
                    -5-
The business of this corporation shall be conducted by
the following officers, a president, a vice-president,
a secretary and a treasurer, and a board of not less
than three, nor more than nine directors.  The offices
of Secretary and Treasurer may be held by the same
person.  The board of directors may appoint subor-
