dinate officers of this corporation, including assistant secreta-
ries and treasurer, and all other officers, having such powers,
duties and terms of office as may be prescribed by the by-laws
or by their appointment.  The directors shall be elected by the
stockholders at each annual meeting.  All other officers of this
corporation shall be elected annually, by the directors.  The 
annual meeting of this corporation shall be held on the first
Monday in January of each year, but the date of the annual
meeting may be changed by the by-laws.  The stockholders shall
meet on Tuesday the first day of December  A.D.  1908, at
the offices of this corporation, in the City of Gainesville, Florida
at Ten o'clock A.M. for the purpose of adopting by-laws,
holding the first election of officers, and completing the or-
ganization of this corporation.  Until the officers elected at the
first election shall be qualified the business of the corporation
shall be conducted by the following named officers:  J.B. 
Padgett, President; T.W. Shands, Vice-President; and J.H.
Hodges, Secretary and Treasurer; and J.B. Padgett, T.W.
Shands, J.H. Hodges, C.C. Pedrick and T.F. Thomas, Di-
rectors.

The highest amount of indebtedness to which this corpora-
tion shall at any time subject itself shall be Twenty Thousand
Dollars.
