     I, H. Clay Crawford, Secretary of State of the
State of Florida, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a
true and correct copy of the charter of the National Odd Fel-
lows Sanitarium Association, as filed in this office and
recorded in Book No. 17, Articles of Incorporation, on pages
638-641.
Given under my hand, and the Great Seal of the State
of Florida, at Tallahassee, the Capital, this the eighteenth

Fellows Sanitarium Association, and that $1000.00 said
amount being 10% of the Capital stock of said corpora-
tion, has been subscribed for and paid into the treasury
of the said National Odd Fellows Sanitarium Association
the capital stock of said Corporation being $10,000.00

          The State of Florida
To All Whom These Presents Shall come = Greeting:
Whereas T.S. McManus, E.A. Turner and A. Turner on
the fifth day of November  A.D.  1908, filed in the office of
the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corporation to be
known as The El Tony Cigar Company with a capital of
Five Thousand ($5,000.00) dollars, for the purpose of a dealer
in and manufacturer of cigars, cheroots, smoking tobacco, chew-
ing tobacco, cigarettes; the dealing in goods, wares, merchandise
of any nature and character whatsoever; to buy and deal in
buildings, to rent same, to receive the profits thereof, and to
do any and all the other acts and things which a corpora-
tion of like nature and character could lawfully do.
