provided.  Therefore, the State of Florida hereby incorporates the above
named persons their associates and successors into a body politic
and corporate in deed and in law by and under the said name of
The El Tony Cigar Company and grants unto them full author-
ity to exercise the powers and privileges of a corporation for the
purpose above stated in accordance with their said charter and the
Laws of this Station.
In Witness Whereof, These presents have been attested with the Great
Seal and signed and countersigned by the Governor and Secretary
of State of the State of Florida, at Tallahassee, the Capital, this the eighth
day of December,  A.D.  1908.

Alachua County       }     Notice is hereby given in conformity with
Section 2649 Revised Statutes of Florida that we the under-
signed intend to apply to his excellency, the Governor of Florida, at
Tallahassee, Florida on the 7th day of December,  A.D.  1908
or as soon thereafter as we can be heard for Letters Patent
to be issued to The El Tony Cigar Company, of which corporation
the following shall be the Articles of Incorporation.

          Articles of Incorporation of The El Tony Cigar Company
                    Article 1-
     Name. - The Name of this corporation shall be The El Tony
Cigar Company and the principal place of business shall be in
Waldo, in Alachua County Florida and the corporation shall
have the right to establish places of business in any other town
or city, as shall or may be authorized by the board of
directors.
                    Article 2-
     Nature of Business.  The general nature of the business
or businesses to be transacted by said corporation shall be that
of a dealer in and manufacturer of cigars, cheroots, smoking
tobacco, chewing tobacco, cigarettes, the dealing in goods, wares,
merchandise of any nature and character whatsoever; to buy
and deal in lands and mortgages and other securities; to
erect and construct buildings; to rent same; to receive the
profits thereof, and to do any and all the other acts and
things which a corporation of like nature and character could
lawfully do.
                    Article 3-
     Capital Stock.  The amount of capital stock of said
corporation shall be Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars,
to be divided into fifty (50) shares at the par value
of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each and the subscrib-
