to the charter of El Tony Cigar Company.

true and correct copy of the charter of The El Tony Cigar Com-
pany as filed in this office and recorded in Book No. 18,
Articles of Incorporation on pages 115-118.

           The State of Florida
To All Whom These Presents shall come = Greeting:-
Whereas, C.H. Gibbons, H.C. Sealey, W.H. Hayes, G.W. Par-
ker  S.D. Reaves,  J.B.H. Gay, W.F. Barry, L.R. Davis, E. Sapp
and L.W. Lightsey on the thirty first day of October  A.D.
1908 filed in the office of the Secretary of State a proposed
charter of a corporation to be known as Alachua County
Farmers Union Ware House with a capital of Ten Thous-
and ($10,000.00) dollars, for the purpose of conducting a
general supply ware house; to own and operate gins for
ginning cotton, to receive and store cotton and other agri-
cultural products, to issue storage receipts therefor, and
generally to do and perform any and all acts and things
that may be necessary or incident to such business above
mentioned and to have, exercise and enjoy all rights, power
and privileges incident to corporations organized and ex-
isting under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida
and have published due notice thereof and have other wise
complied with the statute in such case made and pro-
vided;  Therefore the State of Florida hereby incorporates
the above named persons, their associates and suc-
cessors into a body politic and corporate in deed and
in law by and under the said name of Alachua County
