Farmers Union Ware House and grants unto them full
authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a
corporation for the purpose above stated, in accordance
with their said Charter and the Laws of this State.

Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida at
Tallahassee, the Capital, this the fifth day of December,

Notice to Apply for Letters Patent
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply
to the Honorable N.B. Broward, Governor of the State of
Florida at Tallahassee, Florida on the 4th day of Decem-
ber, A.D. 1908, for Letters Patent incorporating the Alachua
County Farmers Union Ware House under the following pro-
posed charter the original of which is now on file in
the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida.

Proposed Charter of the Alachua County Farmers Union
Ware House.
The undersigned hereby associate themselves together for the
purpose of becoming incorporated and forming a cor-
poration under the laws of the State of Florida, with
and under the following proposed charter: -

The name of this corporation shall be the Alachua
County Farmers Union Ware House, and its principal
office and place of business shall be in the town
of Alachua, Alachua County, Florida.

The general nature of the business or businesses to be
transacted by said company shall be the conducting of a
general supply ware house, to own and operate gins
for ginning cotton, to receive and store cotton and
other agricultural products, to issue storage receipts
therefor, and generally to do and perform any and all
acts and things that may be necessary or incident to such |
