Before me personally appeared A. Turner, to me
well known, upon being first duly sworn, says and deposes
on oath that he is Secretary and Treasurer of the El Tony
Cigar Company, a Corporation, Letters Patent of which have
been recorded in the office of the Clerk, of the Circuit Court
of Alachua County Florida. And, affiant further says that
more than ten per cent of the capital stock of said corporation
has been subscribed and paid.

Ware House a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, with its principal office and

State and that more than 10% of the capital stock of said cor-
poration has been subscribed and paid in.

THE STATE OF FLORIDA. TO ALL WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME-GREETING: WHEREAS C. D.
Dennis, G. T. Kennard and E. Lee Hughes on the fifth day of December A. D. 1908 filed in
the office of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corporation to be known as
N E W B E R R Y S T A B L E C O M P A N Y with a capital of FIFTEEN THOUSAND
($15,000.00) dollars for the purpose of conducting and operating a livery, sale and feed
stable, buying and selling of goods, wares and merchandise, horses, cows and other live
stock, vehicles and harness, and the renting and hiring of the same, and generally to do
and perform any and all acts and things that may be necessary or incident to such
business above mentioned and to have, exercise and enjoy all the rights, powers and priv-
ileges incident to corporations organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
of the State of Florida and have published due notice thereof, and have otherwise com-
plied with the statute in such case made and provided;
THEREFORE, THE STATE OF FLORIDA HEREBY INCORPORATES the above named persons, their
associates and successors into a body politic and corporate in deed and in law by and
