Centre Hill and Leesburg, in Hernando, Sumter, and
Lake Counties, from Brooksville to Trilby and Dade City 
in Hernando and Pasco Counties; its length about sixty
miles and other lines in the Counties of Hernando, Citrus, 
Hillsboro, Pasco, Polk, Volusia, Marion, Sumter, Lake,
and Orange Counties; to own, operate, lease and rent, tele-
phones and telephone exchanges; to own, operate, lease and rent
telephone lines, and to deal in any and all kinds of electri-
cal goods and supplies, and this corporation shall have power
generally to do and perform, have, hold, acquire and enjoy
all other property, powers and things as may be incident,
necessary or expedient for the conducting the necessary operations
of the business, and generally to be vested with and have
all the powers granted or which may hereafter be granted to
telephone companies under the laws of the State of Florida.
                    Article 3-
The amount of capital stock of the said company shall be
Ten Thousand Dollars divided into one thousand shares
each of the par value of Ten Dollars, to be paid in as follows:
Five Thousand Dollars in cash, and the balance to re-
main in the treasury to be disposed of in such manner as
the director may determine.
                    Article 4-
The term for which this corporation is to exist is ninety-
nine years.
                    Article 5-
The business of this corporation shall be conducted by a
president, a vice-president, a secretary, a treasurer, and a
board of three directors, the office of Secretary and treasurer
may be held by the same person.  The Board of directors
shall be elected by the stockholders at a meeting to held
on the first Monday in May, 1909, and annually there-
aftr.  The board of directors shall elect the officers of the
company, the president and vice-president shall be elected
from among the board of directors.  Until the first 
election and until their successors shall have qualified
the following officers and directors shall conduct the
business for the company:
W.R. Steckert,  President,
C.C. Voyle,     Vice-President,
A.E. Voyle,     Secretary and Treasurer, and
W.R. Steckert, C.C. Voyle, and A.E. Voyle shall con-
stitute the first Board of Directors.
                    Article 6-
The highest indebtedness or liability to which this corpora-
tion can at any time subject itself is Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars.
                    Article 7-
The names and residences of the incorporators of said
corporation, and the subscribers for stock thereof, with
