COUNTY OF ALACHUA ) Before me personally appeared J.E. Martin, to me well known and
known to be the Secretary of the Hawthorne Trading Company, and who being by me first
duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the Secretary and Treasurer of the said Hawthorne
Trading Company, and that $500.00, said amount being 10% of the capital stock of said corpora-
tion, has been subscribed for and paid into the treasury of the said corporation, the capital
stock of said corporation being $5000.00.

                   TO ALL WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME - GREETING:
  WHEREAS, B.F. Williamson, Frank H. Chase and C.D. Dennis, on the eleventh day of
May A.D. 1909, filed in the office of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a
corporation to be known as the K R A F T   P A P E R   C O M P A N Y with a capital
of TWO MILLION FIVE THOUSAN ($2,500,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of the making
of pulp and paper and other products from pine and other woods or other raw materials
and the owning, constructing, operating and maintaining manufacturing plants, and the
buying, leasing, acquiring, making, selling, conveying and disposing of such pulp and paper
and other products and goods manufactured from pine and other woods, and also woods
materials and all kinds of products of pulp, paper and similar materials and supplies
and the business of buying, selling and dealing in pulp, paper and other manufactured
products from pine and other wood and like materials, goods and chattels, and other prope-
rty and appurtenances and rights, licenses and privileges pertaining to any and all
of the above mentioned business.  And for the purposes aforesaid to buy, sell, hold,
mortgage and lease property, real and personal, To receive payment for capital stock
in this company in money or in property, labor or services, at a just valuation thereof
to be fixed by the stockholders or board of directors.  To borrow money and secure the
same, and moneys otherwise owing by it by mortgages, deeds, bonds, notes or other obliga-
tions therefor.  To make contracts of any kind whatsoever for the furtherance of its
purposes and businesses, including agreements or contracts between the said corporations
Also to acquire, own, lease, sell and dispose of all property, real and personal, of every
nature and description that may be necessary or proper to the conduct of said business
or businesses.  To buy, sell, pledge, own or acquire stock or stocks in this or any other
corporation, and to do any and all things necessary and proper in and incident to the
business or busineses aforesaid, or any of them and to act as brokers or agents in the
conduct of like business for others and to exercise all rights, powers or privileges now
or hereafter conferred by law upon corporations organized under the provisions of
the law of the State of Florida, authorizing the formation of this corporation; and have
published due notice thereof, and have otherwise complied with the statute in such
case made and provided;
     THEREFORE, THE STATE OF FLORIDA HEREBY INCORPORATES the above named persons, their
associates and successors, into a body politic and corporate in deed and in law by and
