Letters Patent
The State of Florida
To All Whom These Presents Shall Come - Greeting:
Whereas C.A. Colclough J.D. Stringfellow, W.R. Thomas
J.D. Gardner and Bessie L. King on the fifth day of July
A.D. 1909 filed in the office of the Secretary of State a pro-
posed charter of a corporation to be known as Wilson Company
with a capital of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) dollars for
the purpose of buying and selling any and all kinds of mer-
chandise at wholesale or retail; to buy, sell, mortgage or
lease realty and personal property; to do a general mercantile
and contracting business and to exercise such powers as
shall be necessary for and incident to the contracting of said
business or businesses. And have published due notice thereof,
and have otherwise complied with the statute in such case
made and provided. Therefore the State of Florida hereby incor-
porates the above named persons, their associates and successors
into a body politic and corporate in deed and in law by and
under the said name of Wilson Company and grants unto
them full authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a
corporation for the purpose above stated, in accordance with
their said charter and the Laws of the State.
In Witness Whereof These presents have been attested with the
Great Seal, and signed and countersigned by the Governor and
Secretary of State of the State of Florida, at Tallahassee, the Capital
this the fourth day of August, A.D. 1909

Notice of Incorporation
Notice is hereby given that we the undersigned, intend
to apply to his Excellency Albert W. Gilchrist, Governor of the
State of Florida on the 3rd day of August, A.D. 1909 for
Letters Patent to be issued to Wilson Company, upon the pro-
posed charter of said company, a copy of which is as
follows
