The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which
this corporation shall at any time subject itself shall be
$15,000.00
                    Article 7-
The names and residences of the incorporators, and the
amount of capital stock subscribed by each are as follows:

ally appeared C.A. Colclough, J.D. Stringfellow, W.R. Thomas,
J.D. Gardner, and Bessie L. King, to me well known, and
known to me to be the persons described in, and who signed
the foregoing proposed Articles of Incorporation of Wilson
Company and severally acknowledged that they signed the
same for the purposes therein expressed.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
