                    Notice of Incorporation
     The undersigned hereby give notice that on the 20th day of
October  A.D.  1909, they will apply to the Honorable J.T. Wills Circuit Judge
in and for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, for approval of the
Charter Incorporating the "Frank Dansey Normal and Industrial School"
to be located in Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, under the statutes
of Florida authorizing the formation of Corporations not for profit.
     The object of said corporation shall be to collect and receive funds and
other donations, and to build and to own buildings and to necessary
grounds for the use of said Normal and Industrial School in the
training and teaching of colored children, and to prepare and to
qualify their students to discharge honorably and usefully the duties
they may be called upon to perform in life.
     The proposed charter approval of which will be applied for at
said time, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Alachua County, in which said County the Corporation will
be located and have its place of business.
