The Corporation is to be managed by a President, a
Secretary, and a Board of Directors of not less than five nor 
more than Thirteen members to be selected as provided 
by the ByLaws hereafter to be adopted.
7th.
The ByLaws are to be made by the members of the
Corporation and shall be altered rescinded or amended
at any meeting by a majority of the voters of the members
qualified to vote.
8th.
The largest amounts of indebtedness or liability to which the
Corporation can subject itself will not be more than Two
Thousand Dollars ($2000.00)
9th.
The amount of value of the real estate which the Corporation
may hold subject to the approval of the Judge of the
Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida shall be Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,00000).
     In Testimony Whereof in good faith to carry out
the purposes and subjects set forth in the foregoing
Charter.  We do hereby subscribe our names this
