Article 8.
     The names and residences of the incorporators
of said corporation, and the subscribers for stock
thereof, with the numbers of shares of its
stock subscribed for by each are as follows.

the Treasurer of Gainesville Development Company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida and that ten per cent of the Capital Stock

scribed and paid.
