                    Letters Patent
               The State of Florida
          To all whom these Presents shall come - Greeting:
     Whereas, J.T. Price, R.W. Higdon, J.E. Price, T.J. Terry and
James Paul on the twenty-first day of January  A.D.  1910,
filed in the office of the Secretary of State a proposed charter
of a corporation to be known as Higdon Trading Company
with a capital of Twenty Five Thousand ($25,000.00) dollars
for the purpose of buying and selling any and all kinds
of merchandise at wholesale or retail; to buy, sell, mortgage
or lease realty and personal property; to do a general
mercantile and contracting business; to buy, sell, gin,
grind and manufacture and store cotton, corn and other
farm products, and to exercise such powers as shall
be necessary for and incident to the conducting of said
business or businesses and have published due notice
thereof, and have otherwise complied with the statute
in such case made and provided;
     Therefore, the State of Florida hereby incorporates
the above named persons, their associates and suc-
cessors into a body politic and corporate in deed
and in law by and under the said name of
Higdon Trading Company and grants unto them
full authority to exercise the powers and privi-
leges of a corporation for the purpose above stated
in accordance with their said charter and the
Laws of this State.
     In Witness Whereof, These presents have been
attested with the Great Seal, and signed and
countersigned by the Governor and Secretary of State
of the State of Florida at Tallahassee, the
Capitol, this the 25th day of Feb.  A.D.  1910.

                    Notice of Incorporation
     Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned,
intend to apply to his Excellency, Albert W. Gilchrist
Governor of the State of Florida on the 24th day
of February  A.D.  1910 for Letters Patent to be issued
to Higdon Trading Company upon the proposed
Charter of said Company, a copy of which is as follows:
                    J.T. Price,
                    R.W. Higdon,
                    J.E. Price,
                    T.J. Terry,
                    James Paul.

          Articles of Incorporation of Higdon Trading Company.
     We, the undersigned hereby associate ourselves together
