                    Article 6.
     The highest amount of indebtedness or liability
to which this corporation can at any time subject
itself, shall be $25,000.00.
                    Article 7.
     The names and residences of the incorporators
and the amount of capital stock subscribed by each
are as follows:

of Higdon Trading Company, and severally
acknowledged that they subscribed the same
for the purposes therein expressed.
