accord with the purposes of the charter, the same is there-
fore approved.
Whereupon, The State of Florida Hereby Grants unto the
said The El Tony Cigar Company full authority to exercise
the powers and privileges of such corporation, under and
in accordance with its charter, as amended, as aforesaid.
In Witness Whereof, These presents have been attested
with the Great Seal, and signed and countersigned by the
Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida
at Tallahassee, the Capital, this the seventh day of
March A.D. 1910.

Letters Patent: The State of Florida.
To all whom these Presents shall come == Greetings:
Whereas P.H. Rolfs, C.L. Crow and John M. Scott, on the
twenty-sixth day of January A.D. 1910, filed in the office
of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corporation to
be known as The Orange Ridge Grove Company with a
capital of ten Thousand ($10,000.00) dollars for the
purpose of carrying on any and all kinds of agricultural
and horticultural operations, and to produce, buy, import,
export, sell, trade and deal in any and all kinds of
products of the soil. To acquire the good will, business, prop-
erty, and assets and to assume or undertake the whole
or any part of the liabilities of any person, firm associa-
tion or corporation, engaged in the like business or
business enumerated in Paragraph 1 of this Article
and to pay for the same in cash, stocks, bonds,
debentures or other securities of this corporation, or
otherwise, as the directors may determine. And for
the purposes aforesaid to buy, sell, hold, mortgage
and lease property, real, and personal. To receive
payments for capital stock in this company in money
or in property, in labor or service, at a just valuation
thereof, to be fixed by the board of directors. To borrow
money and secure the same, and moneys otherwise owing
by it by mortgages, deeds, bonds, notes, or other obligations
therefore. To make contracts of any kind whatsoever for
the furtherance of its purposes and business, including
agreements for or contracts between said corporation
and individuals or other wise corporations, and to
exercise all rights, powers, or privileges now or here-
after conferred by law upon corporations organized
