under the provisions of the laws of the State of Florida
authorizing the formation of this corporation and have
published due notice thereof and have otherwise complied
with the Statutes in such case made and provided.
     Therefore the State of Florida hereby incorporates the above
named persons their associates and successors into a body
politic and corporate in deed and in law by and under
the said name of the Orange Ridge Grove Company and
grants unto them full authority to exercise the powers and
privileges of a corporation for the purpose above stated, in
accordance with their said charter and the Laws of the
State.
     In Witness Whereof, These presents have been attested
with the Great Seal and signed and countersigned by the
Governor and Secretary of State of the State of Florida at
Tallahassee the Capitol this the 9th day of March  A.D.  1910.

     Notice of Incorporation or Orange Ridge Company.
          Notice of Intention to Apply for Letters Patent.
     Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intend to
apply to the Governor of the State of Florida at Tallahassee
Florida for Letters Patent incorporating The Orange Ridge Grove
Company under the the laws of the State of Florida, with and
under the following proposed charter, the original of which
is now on file in the office of the Secretary of State of
the State of Florida.

          Proposed Charter of the Orange Ridge Grove Company
     The undersigned hereby associate themselves together
for the purpose of becoming incorporated and forming a
corporation under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of Florida, with and under the3 following proposed
charter.
                    Article I.
     The name of this corporation shall be The Orange 
Ridge Grove Company, and its principal office and place
of business shall be Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida.
     That said company may have such branch office
and other places of business in the State of Florida,
and in other state as said corporation shall desire.
                    Article 2.
     The general nature of the business or businesses to be
transacted by said corporation shall be to carry on any 
and all kinds of agricultural and horticultural
operations and to produce, buy, import export, sell, trade
and deal in, any and all kinds of products of the soil.
