pay to members in case of accidents such sums of money as is necessary and do
all charity work coming under our supervision.
ARTICLE lll.
All persons of good standinf including boys 18 years of age girls of good
normal standing 15 years of age men and women of good moral standing regardless
of age may become members of this society and they shall be admitted by ballot
a majority present at a meeting shall elect those who wish to join this society
provided said applicant pays One dollar and a quarter at the time his or her
application is filed with the Society as application fee.
ARTICLE lV.
This society shall exist for a term of 99 years.
ARTICLE V.
The name and residence of the present subscribers are Rev. Simpson Kinsler, of
Micanopy, Florida, A.H. Brown of Pineville, Florida, Fulton Hunter of Arredondo.
Florida, M.C. Modica, of Orange Lake, Florida, L.C. Irvine of Grove Park, Florida.
ARTICLE Vl.
The fofficers of the society shall be a President, Vice President, Chaplain,
Wardon, Inside Guardian, Treasurer, ourside Guardian, Secretary And they are to be
elected at the regular meeting of the Council on the first Monday in September
of each year. But all members of the Subordinate Lodges, shall be elected every
three months except the Preident, Secretary and Treasurer who shall be elected
annually.
ARTICLE Vll.
The officers of the Society shall be elected at the regular meeting in September
in each year that is the officers of the last Grand Council, the officers of the
subordinate Lodges shall be elected as is hereinbefore provided.
ARTICLE Vlll. T
The Bylaws of this Society are to be made altered or rescinded by a majority
of the members present, either in the Grand Councilor or the subordinate Lodge.
ARTICLE lX.
The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which the corporation
may at any time subject itself shall never by greater than two thirds of the
value of the property of the corporation.
ARTICLE X.
The amount in value of the real estate which the corporation may hold subject
always to the approval of the Judge of the Circuit Court and the laws of Florida

ALACHU COUNTY ) Before me personally came Rev. Simpson Kinsler to me well
known and known to be one of the subscribers to the foregoing Articles of Incorpor-
ation and acknowledges before me that he signed and sealed the same as one of the
incorporators for the use and purpose therein expressed and the said Simpson
Kinsler after being duly sworn says under oath that it is intended in good faith
to carry out the purposes and objects so forth in said charter.
