ALACHUA COUNTY )  Before me personally came Rev. Simpson E. Kinsler who being well known
to me and known to be one of the subscribers to the foregoing Articles of Incorpora-
tions and acknowledged before me that he signed and sealed the same as one of the
incorporators for the uses and purposes therein expressed and the said Simpson
Kinsler agfter being duly sworn says under oath that it is intended in good faith
to carry out the purposes and objects so set forth ain said charter.

me this 18th day of Agugust A.D. 1909.

In re-- Application of the Christian Benevolence Cheerful Giving Society for charter
The foregoing Charter having been examined by me and it appearing to be in proper form
and to have been substantial as required by law and no opposition being shown and for
an object authorized by law I hereby endorse my approval of the same and declare said
corporation to wit:  The Christian Benevolent Cheerful Giving Society a corporation
dult authorized and incorporated for the uses and purposes therein expressed as is
provided by law.  Done and ordered at Starke Florida this 25 day of July A.D. 1910.

     Letters Patent
The State of Florida     To Whom These Presents Shall Come Greeting
Whereas, R.L. Dennifield, H.P. Saption, and Primus Weeks, on the
thirtieth day of December, A.D.  1910, filed in the office of the Secretary
of State a proposed charter of a corporation to be known as
The Dennifield Co. with a capital of one thousand ($1,000.00)
dollars for the purpose of printing, binding and job work, buying and
selling all kinds of merchandise, including dry goods, groceries,
hardware, boots and shoes, notions, millinery, furniture, coffins, glass
and crockery ware, fertilizer, musical instruments, bicycles, vehicles
of all kinds, and any and all goods wares, and merchandise that
may be sold in a general merchandise business.  Buying, owning,
leasing, or selling horses, Mules and all other live stock.
Buy, own, operate mills and gins for the purpose of grinding
corn, and other grain, ginning cotton and preparing farm products
for market.  Buy, own, sell, and encumber real estate and personal
property.  To borrow and loan money; to take security, or to execute and
deliver security for the same.  To do any and all acts necessary in
carrying out the purposes of a general mercantile business.
And have published due notice thereof, and have otherwise complied
with the Statute in such case made and provided:
Therefore, The State of Floridda hereby incorporates the above named
persons their associates and successors into a body politic and
corporate in deed and in la by and under the said name of
The Dennifield Co. and grants unto them full authority to
exercise the powers and privileges of a corporation for the purpose
above stated in accordance with their said charter and the
Laws of this State.
