said corporation, but any stockholder may hold as many offices as he may
be elected to by the Board of Directors, who after their election; shall elect all
other officers.
Article 6: The highest amount of indebtedness to which the said corporation
shall at any time subject itself will be seven hundred Dollars.
Article 7: The business of the said corporation shall be conducted by the
following officers until their successors are elected as provided for by these
articles: R.L. Dennifield, President, Treasurer and General Manager;
H.P. Saption, Vice President; Primus Weeks, Secretary, of Gainesville.
The Board of Directors will consist of the following: R.L. Dennifield
H. Saption, Primus Weeks, H.M. Fleming, Mrs. M. Sapp, A.A. Baskins
Wm. Morgan, M. Hill, A.B. Robinson, J. Gaskins.
Articles 8: There shall be a set of by laws adopted by the Board of Directors
for the government of the affairs of the corporation, which shall be incon-
sistent with these articles of the laws of this State.
Article 9: There shall be an annual meeting of the stockholders of the
said corporation on the second Tuesday of January of each year for the purpose
of electing a Board of Directors, and for the transaction of such other
business as shall come before such meeting. Whenever any of the stock
of the said corporation shall be placed on the market for sale, the stock
holders of said corporation shall have the right to buy the same, but if
they shall fail or neglect to do so for thirty days after the same has been
publicly placed on the market, then it may be sold to other parties.
Article 10: The name of subscribers to these articles, together with the
amounts each subscribed for use as follows, each subscriber agreeing
to take the amount of stock set opposite his name to wit:

H. Saption and Primus Weeks, who each for himself acknowledged
before me that he subscribed his name to the proposed articles of
incorporation of the Dennifield Company for the uses and purposes
therein contained and expressed.
