                    Letters Patent
               The State of Florida
     To All whom these Presents shall Come Greeting
Whereas H.E. Charpia, J.W. Charpia, W.J. Denby, on the 4th day
of January  A.D.  1911, filed in the office of the Secretary of State
a proposed charter of a corporation to be known as Denby Furniture
Company, with a capital of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) dollars
for the purpose of buying and manufacturing furniture and
other goods of the like kind, and to sell the same either for cash or
on instalments, taking notes, mortgages or contracts for the security
of the payment of deferred payment thereon, and also to carry on
a general undertaking business, and to manufacture, buy, and sell
such articles as are essential or necessary for the conducting of
such business.  And have published due notice thereof, and have
otherwise complied with the statute in such case made and provided.
Therefore, The State of Florida hereby incorporates the above
named persons, their associates and successors into a body politic
and corporate in deed and in law by and under the said name
of Denby Furniture Company and grants unto them full
authority to exercise the powers and privileges, a corporation
for the purpose above stated, in accordance with their said
charter and the laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof These presents have been attested with
the Great Seal, and signed and countersigned by the Governor
and Secretary of State of the State of Florida, at Tallahassee, the
Capital, this the fifteenth day of February  A.D.  1911.

          Notice of Intention to Apply for Letters Patent.
               Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply to the
Honorable Albert W. Gilchrist, Governor of the State of Florida,
at Tallahassee, Florida, for the 15th day of February A.D. 1911 for 
letters patent incorporating the Denby Furniture Company under
the proposed charter, the original of which is now on file in
the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida.

Proposed Charter of The Denby Furniture Company
The undersigned hereby associate themselves together for the purpose
of becoming incorporated and forming a corporation.
