County of Alachua    }     President of the Bank of Hawthorne State Bank
located at Hawthorne Florida and And A.L. Webb, P. O'Brien
W.C. Mahin, J.J. Haymans, and R.H. Smith Directors of
The Bank of Hawthorne State Bank at Hawthorne, Florida,
a banking company, duly organized under and in pursuance
of the Laws of the State of Florida, with a capital stock of $15000.00
who each duly sworn, deposes and says each for himself
that each is a duly qualified official of the said bank of
Hawthorne State Bank, Hawthorne Fla., as above set forth
and that they each know of their own knowledge that
Seventy per cent the capital stock $ 1073500 dollars, has been
paid up in lawful money of the United States of America, and
that said money is now in the actual possession of the duly
appointed officers of the said bank of Hawthorne State Bank
at Hawthorne Florida, as the permanent Capital of said
