          The State of Florida
To all whom these presents shall come - Greeting: -
Whereas Chas B. Harman, W.W. Hampton and J.B. Padgett
on the first day of May  A.D.  1911 filed in the office of the Secretary
of State a proposed charter of a Corporation to be known as -
     The Lumber Manufacturing Company -
with a capital of Thirty five Thousand ($35,000.00)
dollars, for the purpose of buying selling and manufacturing 
all kinds of timber and lumber, sash, doors, blinds, scroll,
work, veneering, crates, shingles, carrying on, conducting and
operating a milling business, maintaining and operating
dry kilns, buying, selling, leasing or mortgaging of real estate
and personal property - the manufacture and sale of Ice
the construction and equipment and operation of a water
plant in connection therewith, and furnishing of water
for any and all purposes, the construction and operation of
an electric, gas, or other lighting plant, and generally to do
all things necessary and proper for carrying on said business
or to protect and advance the interests thereof and for these
purposes to have and possess all the rights benefits, privileges
and immunities incident to and given under the laws
of this State to a corporation of such character and have published
due notice thereof and have otherwise complied with the statutes in such
case made and provided:
Therefore the State of Florida hereby incorporates:  the above named
persons their associates and successors into a body politic and
corporate in deed and in law by and under the said name of
