at a meeting called for such porpose.
                    Article IV
     This corporation shall exist for a period of ninety nine (99) years
and its corporate existence shall commence on the date of the issuance
of Letters Patent.
                    Article V.
The business of this corporation shall be conducted by a President
Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, and a Board of not less than
three nor more than ten Directors, of which Board of Directors the
President, Vice President and Treasurer shall be members and stock-
holders and all officers of the corporation shall be chosen by the
stockholders.  The offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be held
by one and the same person.  The officers and Directors shall be
elected annually at the annual stockholders meeting the first of
which shall be in the Company's general office in the City of Gainesville
Florida at four o'clock P.M. on the second Wednesday in June  1911
and annually thereafter and until such first election the names 
of the officers who are to conduct the business of the corporation until
those elected at the first election shall be qualified are as follows:
Chas B. Harman President  J.B. Padgett Vice President  W.W. Hampton
Secretary and Treasurer.  The Board of Directors shall be Chas.
B. Harman, J.B. Padgett and W.W. Hampton until their successors
shall be elected.
                    Article VI
The highest amount of indebtedness or liability to which said corporation
can at any time subject itself is thirty thousand ($30,000.00) dollars.
                    Article VII.
The names and resident of the ubscribers are:  Chas B. Harman,
Gainesville, Florida,  J.B. Padgett Gainesville Florida  W.W. Hampton
Gainesville Florida.  The subscribing incorporators have subscribed
for the amount of stock set opposite their names respectively.  Chas B.
Harman, twenty shares - J.B. Padgett, twenty shares and W.W. Hampton
twenty shares.  The amount of stock so subscribed exceeds ten per
cent of the Capital Stock authorized under this Charter.
                    Article VIII.
The above and foregoing proposed Charter is subscribed to by
the following persons - to wit:
     Chas B. Harman - 
     W.W. Hampton
     J.B. Padgett

State of Florida     }     Before me personally appeared Chas B.
Alachua County       }     Harman, J.B. Padgett and W.W. Hampton
each of whom are to me well known and each severally acknowledged
before me that he subscribed his name to the above proposed Charter
and that the same is his true and genuine signature.
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and official seal at
Gainesville Florida on this April 29th  1911.
