and F.B. Godfrey, J.M. Powell, W.F. Smith and W.R. McGregor shall
constitute the first board of directors until said election.
Article 6 -  The highest amount of indebtedness to which the corpor-
ation shall at any time subject itself is thirty thousand dollars.
Article 7 -  The names of the subscribers nd their residences and the
number of shares of stock subscribed are as follows - 
     F.B. Godfrey,     Alachua,   Fla.     40 shares - 
     J.M. Powell,      Alachua,   Fla.     40 shares - 
     W.F. Smith        Alachua    Fla.     40 shares - 
     W.R. McGregor     Santa Fe   Fla.     40 shares - 

Article 8 -  The above and foregoing charter subscribed to by the following
persons - to wit:  F.B. Godfrey; J.M. Powell, W.R. McGregor, W.R.
