Letters Patent
The State of Florida:
To all whom these Presents shall come ==
Greeting: Whereas, O.N. Sanders, J.S. Hardee, Jr. H.F.
Brooker, R.H. Jones, J.B. Stockman, W.E. Bell, W.L. Lan-
caster and L.R. Weeks, on the twenty-sixth day of May
A.D. 1911, filed in the office of the Secretary of State a
proposed charter of a corporation to be known as
Trenton Electric Light Company
with a capital of ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars for
the purpose of buying, selling and manufacturing
electric light and power, ice, gas, lumber, tiimber, shing-
les and generally, all kinds of manufactured articles, the buy-
ing, selling, storing and furnishing of water for any and all
purposes; the buying and selling of goods, wares and mer-
chandise of all kinds; the buying, selling, leasing or mortgag-
ing of real estate and personal property; and to exercise such
powers as shall be necessary for, and incident to, the conduct-
ing of said business, and have published due notice there-
of and have otherwise complied with the statute in such
case made and provided;
Therefore, the State of Florida hereby Incorporates the
above named persons, their associates and successors
into a body politic and corporate in deed and in law
by and under the said name of Trenton Electric Light
Company and grants unto them full authority to exercise
the powers and privileges of a corporation for the purpo-
ses above stated, in accordance with their said charter
and the Laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof, These presents have been
attested with the Great Seal, and signed and counter-
signed by the Governor and Secretary of State of the
State of Florida, at Tallahassee, the Capital, this the
thirtieth day of June, A.D. 1911.

Notice of Intention to apply for Letters Patent.
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of June
A.D. 1911, the undersigned will apply to his excellency,
Albert W. Gilchrist, Governor of the State of Florida for
letters patent on the proposed charter accompanying
this notice.
