                    Letters Patent:-
The State of Florida:-
     To all Whom these Presents shall come - Greeting:-
Whereas, Bailey F. Williamson, Chas G. King and Henry W. Farnum on the
nineteenth day of October A.D. 1911 filed in the office of the Secretary of State a proposed
charter of a corporation to be known as Williamson Chemical Company
with a capital of Three Hundred and fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) for the
purpose of purchasing, leasing or otherwise acquiring lands for the erection
and establishment of a manufactory or manufactories and workshop, with
suitable appurtenances and machinery with a view to manufacturing naval
stores, rosin and turpentine and each and every byproduct thereof and each
and every of the constituents entering into the manufacture of said naval stores
rosin and terpentine utilizing the same in any condition, connection or form
whatsoever; to manufacture, purchase, sell, export, import and generally deal
in Naval stores; rosin and turpentine and any by-product thereof and any constit-
uent entering into the manufacture thereof and any materials, articles and
things required for or in connection with or incidental to the manufacture thereof.
To manufacture, export, import, buy, sell and generally deal in goods wares
merchandise and property of every class and description to purchase, lease
or otherwise acquire any and all kinds of personal property which the
corporation may deem necessary or convenient for the purposes of its
business.
     To purchase, lease or cultivate acquire real estate, improved or
unimproved, without limit as to amount, in any state or territory
of the United States or foreign country, and to apply for, acquire buy sell
assign, lease, pledge, mortgage or otherwise dispose of Letters Patent of the
United States or of any foreign country and all or any rights, territorial
or otherwise, thereunder, to apply for, acquire, hold, sell, assign, lease,
mortgage or otherwise dispose of patent rights, licenses, privileges, inventions
trademarks, trade names, and to use, manufacture or grant licenses
under any Letters Patent owned or controlled by the Company, and to
expend money in experimenting upon and testing the validity or
value of any patent rights the Company may acquire or may acquire
or may propose to acquire.
     To acquire by purchase or otherwise properties, real or personal, and the
good will, rights and assets of all kinds, under such terms and conditions
as may be deemed advisable, of any person, firm or corporation and to pay
for the same in cash, stock, bonds or other securities of the corporation
and to acquire the bonds or other obligations of individuals or corporations.
     To conduct its business in all its branches, and, to exercise all its
powers in any of the States, territories, districts or colonial possessions of the
United States and any foreign countries as shall from time to time be
found necessary and convenient for the purposes of the Company's business.
To issue bonds to any amounts authorized by law for the purpose of
securing funds for corporate purposes and to secure the payment of the
same by mortgage or deed of trust upon the whole or any part of the
real and personal property of the Company at anytime held by it.
     To exercise any and all powers and to perform any and all acts incidental
to or convenient in the carrying out of any one or more of the main
purposes of the corporation herein before enumerated; and generally
