to be vested with and to have all the powers which corporations are now or may
hereafter be permitted to exercise under the laws of the State of Florida, and have
published due notice thereof, and have otherwise complied with the statute in
such case made and provided.
Thereore, The State of Florida hereby Incorporates the above named persons, their
associates and successors into a body politic and corporate in deed and in
law by and under the said name of:  Williamson Chemical Company - and
grants unto them full authority to exercise the powers and privileges of a
corporation for the purposes above stated, in accordance with their said charter
and the Laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof, These presents have been attested with the Great Seal and
signed and countersigned by the Governor and Secretary of State of Florida
at Tallahassee, the Capital, this the twenty fifty day of November  A.D.  1911.

     The undersigned, Bailey F. Williamson, Charles G. King and Henry W.
Farnum, hereby give notice that on the 25th day of November  1911 at ten
o'clock or as soon thereafter as they can be heard, they will apply to the
Governor of the State of Florida, at his Office in the Capitol building, of said
State in the City of Tallahassee, for Letters Patent incorporating the
undersigned, their associates and successors into a body politic and
corporate in deed and in law, under The name of Williamson Chemical
Company, under the following charter and articles of incorporation, the
original of which will be on file in the Office of the Secretary of State of
said State of Florida, at the City of Tallahasse, during the time required by
law for the publication of this notice.

     Charter Of The Williamson Chemical Company.
The undersigned hereby agree to become associated together and do hereby
associate themselves together for the purpose of becoming a body politic and
corporate under the laws of the State of Florida the provisions of which are
hereby accepted.  The following articles of incorporation shall constitute and
become its charter, upon the issuance of Letters Patent according to Law:-
I.  The name of this corporation shall be Williamson Chemical Company
II.  Its principal office and place of business shall be the City of Gainesville
County of Alachua State of Florida.  Branch Offices may be established at
such other places as may be selected by the Board of Directors.
III.  The general nature of the business to be transacted by the said corporation
shall be to purchase, lease or otherwise acquire lands for the erection and
establishment of a manufactory or manufactories and workshop, with suitable
appurtenances and machinery with a view to manufacturing naval stores, rosin
and turpentine and each and every byproduct thereof, and each and every of the
constituents entering into the manufacture of said Naval stores rosin and
turpentine, utilizing the same in any condition, connection or from whatsoever
to manufacture purchase, sell, export, import and generally deal in naval stores
rosin and terpentine and any byproduct thereof and any constituent
entering into the manufacture thereof and any materials articles and things re-
quired for or in connection with or incident to the manufacture thereof
