     Affidavit of Treasurer Of Williamson Chemical Co. -
State of Florida     }
Alachua County       }     Personally appeared before me Chas G. King, who being
duly sworn says that he is the Treasurer of Williamson Chemical Company
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida
and having its principal place of business in the City of Gainesville County Of
Alachua State of Florida and that ten per cent of its capital stock has
been subscribed and paid, and this affiant has on this date signed and sworn
to this affidavit in duplicate.

                    Letters Patent-
          The State of Florida
     To All Whom these presents shall come - Greetings:-  Whereas W.H. Jones
S.B. Alexander and M.L. Maynard on the twentieth day of October  A.D.  1911
filed in the office of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corporation
to be known as - "Jones Maynard and Jones Company" with a capital of
Twenty five Thousand ($25,000.00) dollars for the purpose of buying and 
selling merchandise of any and all descriptions, cotton either in lint
or seed, real estate, also the leasing and mortgaging of any of the above
named things and any and all powers that may be necessary for the conduct-
ing of a general merchandise business or the handling of cotton, real estate or
personal property and have published due notice thereof, and have other-
wise complied with the statutes in such case made and provided.
Therefore, the State of Florida hereby incorporates the above named persons,
their associates and successors into a body politic and corporate in deed
and in law by and under the said names of Jones Maynard and Jones Company
and grants unto them full authority to exercise the powers and privileges
of a corporation for the purpose above stated in accordance with their
said charter and the Laws of this State.
