Whereas, F.M. Brannon, M. Searcy, and T.A. Stringer
on the eighteenth day of November, A.D. 1911, filed in the
Office of the Secretary of State a proposed charter of a corporation
to be known as
Gainesville Grocery Company
with a capital of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), for the
purpose of buying, acquiring, purchasing or otherwise owning
holding, developing, managing and dealing in real, personal
and mixed property of every kind or interest therein; to sell
and Lease, mortgage pledge, exchange, convey, transfer, dis-
pose of or encumber any and all of said property or any
interest therein or any increment thereof; to borrow
money and if necessary to secure the payment thereof by
