other obligations; to loan money with or without security or to
secure the payment of the same by notes, mortgages, pledges 
or other obligations; to act as the agent, factor, broker or
representatives of any person or persons, firm or corporation, or
for their agents or representatives, in the purchase, sale,
management, care or maintenances, of any property, real
or personal; to subscribe for, purchase, own, receive, sell mortgage
pledge or exchange or in anywise deal in and dispose of bonds
stocks, shares, profit sharing certificates, notes, warehouse
receipts, bills of lading or other obligations of property of
either kind of any person, firm or corporation, and while
the holder thereof to exercise all the rights, powers and 
privileges of ownership thereof and exercise any voting
power thereof, except in case of stock of their company
and to transact any business in connection therewith or
pertinent thereto; to issue the capital stock, bonds, notes or
other obligations of this company in payment or exchange
for any property it may purchase or acquire to carry on
and enact a general wholesale grocery and produce
business and further to do such business as shall be
reasonably necessary and incidental to its business, a
a wholesale grocery company or to protect itself in the
event it has to take possession of property or assume
obligations in satisfaction and collection of debts due it,
and have published due notice thereof, and have
otherwise complied with the statute in such case
made and provided;
     Therefore, The State of Florida hereby incorporate
the above named persons, their associates and
successors into a body politic and corporate in
deed and in law by and under the said name
of Gainesville Grocery Company and grants
unto them full authority to exercise the powers
and privileges of a corporation for the purpose
above stated, in accordance with their said
charter and the Laws of their State.

attested with the Great Seal; and signed and
countersigned by the Governor and Secretary of
State of the State of Florida at Tallahassee, the
Capital, this the twentieth day of December  A.D.
