kinds of property, real and personal.
Article III.  The amount of the capital stock of
said corporation shall be $100,000.00, divided
into one Thousand shares of the par value
of One hundred dollars each, payable in full
in cash, or in property at a just valuation
to be fixed by the board of directors.
Article IV.  This corporation shall exist for a
period of ninety nine years from the commence-
ment of its corporate existence.
Article V.  The business of this corporation shall be
conducted by a President, a Vice President,
a Secretary, a Treasurer, and a Board of not
less than three or more than eleven Directors.
The offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be held
by one and the same person.  The Board of
Directors shall be elected by the stockholders
at the annual stockholders meeting held at
Gainesville, Florida, at the principal place of
business of the corporation, on the fourth Tuesday
in January of each year beginning in the year
1912.  The other officers shall be elected by the
Board of Directors immediately after the Stock-
holders meeting.  The first annual meeting shall
be held on the fourth Tuesday in January, 1912
and until the first election of the Board of 
Directors the following shall be the officers of the
corporation, who are to conduct the business or
businesses of said corporation.

Article VI.  The highest amount of indebtedness
or liability to which the corporation can at
any time subject itself shall be $100,000.00.
Article VII.  The name and residences of the
subscribers, and the amount of capital stock
subscribed for by each, are as follows
