and severally acknowledged that they signed the

known and known to be the Treasurer of the City
Investing Company, who, being duly sworn, says
that, he is treasurer of the City Investing Company,
a Florida Corporation, and that ten per cent
of the capital stock of said Company has been
subscribed and paid.
