To all Whom These Presents shall Come - Greeting:
Whereas, W.H. Powell, M. Venable, S.D. Rice,
F.E. Dennis, W.M. Walker and S.T. Fleming, on the
twenty-second day of March, A.D. 1912, filed in
the office of the Secretary of State a proposed char-
ter of a corporation to be known as the
Archer Land and Improvement Company
with a capital of Twelve Thousand ($12,000.00) Dollars
for the purpose of keeping and selling land and real
estate and interests in real estate, to rent and lease
lands and real estate to acquire lease of land,
buildings, timber and timber rights and mineral
rights to mortgage real estate and personal prop-
erty, to buy and sell mortgages and contracts
