to establish, buy and conduct a general mercantile
business, to buy, sell, rent and hire any and all
kinds of merchandise, to operate stores and commissaries
to buy, sell and manufacture goods and wares of
all kinds, fertilizers, chemicals and fertilizing material
and to mine and manipulate phosphates and other
minerals or deposits, to own, operate and conduct
saw mills, and to deal in lumber and building
materials, and to manufacture and manipulate
timber and the products thereof, to own, operate and
conduct turpentine distilleries, cotton gins, moss and
fiber mills, to own, and operate ice and cold storage
plants and to deal in the products thereof to own
and operate plants for the production and sale and
transmission of electricity and gas for light, heat
power for public or private use and to deal in
the production thereof; to build and operate tram
roads or ways in connection with the business
of the corporation, but said trams or ways not to
be used as a common carrier.
To make advances or loans of money, to issue
accept, receive, collect and negotiate debts and
evidences of indebtedness and mortgages and bonds,
to issue bonds of the corporation according to law,
to purchase, hold and re-issue shares of its
own capital stock, to borrow money and deal in
and hold and vote shares of stock in other corpor-
ations, to make and perform and carry out
contracts of any kind for any lawful purpose with
any person, firm or corporation, to have and enjoy
all the rights and powers granted to corporations
under the laws of the State of Florida.
Article 2-  The capital stock of this corporation shall
be Twelve Thousand Dollars, divided into 120 shares
of the par value of One Hundred Dollars each share
paid stock shall be paid for in cash or in
property, or by labor or services at a just
valuation to be fixed by the directors at a
meeting to be called for that purpose.
Article 4-  The term for which this corporation
shall exist shall be ninety nine years.
Article 5.  The business of the corporation shall be
conducted by a President, first and second
and third vice-Presidents, a Secretary and
a Treasurer and a Board of Directors of not
less than three members, and such other officers
and agents as may be created and appointed
by the Board of Directors.  The business of the
corporation shall be conducted by W.H. Powell
