Letters Patent
The State of Florida.
To all Whom These Presents shall come = Greeting:
Whereas, Robert F. Brush, Mrs. O.B. Bailey, and
M.H. DePass, on tne fourth day of May A.D. 1912
filed in the Office of the Secretary of State a proposed
Charter of a corporation to be known as Bailey
and Brush Company with a capital of Ten Thousand
($10,000.00) dollars, for the purpose of buying and
selling of any and all kinds of merchandise,
at wholesale and retail; to buy, sell, mortgage
or release real and personal property, to do a
general mercantile and contracting business and
to do any and all things necessary in the fur-
therance of any of the above mentioned businesses,
and have published due notice thereof, and have
otherwise complied with the statute in such case
made and provided.
Therefore, the State of Florida hereby incorporates
the above named persons their associates and suc-
cessors into a body politic and corporate in
deed and in law by and under the said |
