name of Bailey and Brush Company and grants unto
them full authority to exercise the powers and
privileges of a corporation for the purpose above
stated, in accordance with their said charter and
the Laws of this State.
In Witness Whereof, These presents have been at-

State of the State of Florida, at Tallahassee

Notice of Incorporation.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intend
to apply to the Governor of Florida on the 3rd day of
June 1912 for letters Patent on the following proposed
charter of Bailey and Brush Company.

Proposed Charter of the Bailey and Brush Company
The undersigned hereby associate themselves to-
gether for the purpose of being incorporated and
becoming a body corporate under the laws of the
State of Florida, pertaining to corporations for profit
I- The name of said corporation shall be Bailey
and Brush Company, and its principal office and
place of business shall be Gainesville, Alachua
County, Florida. Branch offices and places of
business may be established at other places in
or out of said State, by its Board of Directors.
II-. The general nature of the business to be
transacted by said corporation shall be the
buying and selling of any and all kinds
of merchandise, at wholesale and retail; to buy
sell, mortgage or release real and personal pro-
perty; to do a general mercantile and contracting
business and to do any and all things nec-
essary in the furtherance of any of the above
mentioned businesses.
III- The capital stock of the company shall be
$10,000.00 to be divided into one hundred shar-
es of the par value of One Hundred Dollars
each $6,000.00 to be paid in full in cash
or property at a just valuation to be fix-
ed by the incorporators, before commencing
business, and the remaining forty shares |
