Incorporation, on pages 17 - 20.

to me well known, as the Treasurer of the
Bailey and Brush Company, a corporation, who,
being duly sworn, says that she is Treasurer
of the Bailey and Brush Company, a corporation

State of Florida, that ten per cent of the
capital stock of said corporation has been
subscribed and paid to affiant as Treasurer
of said corporation
