The State of Florida
To all Whom These Presents Shall Come=Greeting
Whereas, J. Edgar Wilson, G. Selden Waldo, and W.R.
Thomas, on the twenty-fourth day of June A.D. 1912
filed in the office of the Secretary of State a pro-
posed Charter of a corporation to be known as
The Christian Culture Lyceum Circuit
with a capital of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) dollars
for the purpose of engaging in and handling lyceum
attractions; to procure and deal in vocal, instru-
mental and other talent; to buy, mortgage, sell
and deal in real and personal property and gener-
ally to do all things necessary and proper for
carrying on said business or to protect and ad-
vance the interest thereof; and for these purposes to
have and possess all the rights and benefits inci-
dent to and given under the laws of this State to a
corporation of such character, and have published
due notice thereof, and have otherwise complied with
the statute in such case made and provided.
Therefore, the State of Florida hereby incorporats the
above named persons, their associates and success-
ors into a body politic and corporate in deed and
in law by and under the said name of The Christ-
ian Culture Lyceum Circuit and grants unto them
full authority to exercise the powers and privileges
of a corporation for the purpose above stated in
accordance with their said charter and the Laws
of this State.
In Witness Whereof These presents have been att-
tested with the Great Seal, and signed and
(Seal) countersigned by the Governor and Secretary
of State of the State of Florida, at
Tallahassee, the Capital, this the twenty-
ninth day of July A.D. 1912

Notice Of Intention To Apply for Letters Patent.
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day
of July 1912, the undersigned will apply to his
Excellency, A.W. Gilchrist, Governor of the State
of Florida, for Letters Patent on the proposed
charter accompanying this application.
Under and pursuant to the requirements of the
Statutes of the State of Florida we the under-
